My wife and I wish to express our thanks and appreciation for the work you and your team recently completed in our home. The total remodel of our kitchen and master bath involved a major financial decision for our family. Like most, we sought to work with a reliable, responsible, trustworthy company that would deliver the vision we had within the budget we had allotted. After interviewing several companies, we chose Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath. Central among the deciding factors was the design you presented. The 3 dimensional color renderings provided an amazingly realistic view of the design from a variety of perspectives. When it was time to order, we felt we received useful information concerning cabinet design and wood types as well as fixture choices. It is difficult for those who did not watch the installation process to appreciate the expertise, attention to detail, work ethic, and high standards of you team. Everything fits and looks as it should.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and customer service provided by Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath. The installation of Cambria countertops in our kitchen was completed on schedule with great accuracy and has provided us with a fantastic product along with fantastic comments from family and friends. We later worked with Jim, Sr. on the design and installation of semi-custom cherry cabinets in our great room. Because of his knowledge of cabinet manufacturers, he was able to select one that would make dimension changes with minimal additional cost. The installation was done on time and the workmanship is flawless. We highly recommend Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath.
Jim Keller built a home for us twelve years ago. Jim and Brett were so easy to work with and we appreciated their fine workmanship and their eagerness to please us. We had a full bath installed in our upstairs bedrooms, the bathroom was designed by Jim between two existing bedrooms in our old home, 100 years plus. The craftsmanship and fitting of all parts was outstanding. The end result looked as if the bathroom had always been there. Every time we have company and they view our bathroom they still comment on the high quality and layout. It was the best investment that we have made to our home. Just wanted to let you know that we are extremely pleased with the remodeling work you did at our house. The workmanship was excellent – you really are a perfectionist. The finished area turned out great and the new kitchen is really a joy to use. I know you weren’t keen on installing the 42” cabinets, but you did a fine job and I’m very happy with them (even though I don’t use the top shelves in most of them). When I go to other houses and see the 36” cabinets they look so small to me. Having the under-counter lighting on one switch is also a plus. We really like the sink and thank you for talking us into it. It is easy to keep clean. The little problems we had with the various people who handled other elements of the remodeling made us appreciate your attention to detail even more.

It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost two years since the work was completed on our bathroom suite remodel. I would like to let you again know how pleased we have been with the work you did, and the result. Everything still looks great, and the room is a pleasure to look at every day. We appreciated all of the extra effort you put into the job, including doors, tile, custom cabinet interiors, electrical, as well as the follow-up on ventilation.

Went better than expected with wonderful results. Project was to remodel a kitchen, change the layout and install new appliances. Prior to finding Keller, we tried another builder that was more expensive but was not even close on understanding our design criteria and interest in trying to keep costs under control, so we dropped them. The experience with Keller was so much smoother. We discussed our design criteria and budget, and Keller quickly came up with a proposed layout and 3D computer rendering that was spot on for what we were looking for the first time. We appreciated the direct and honest feedback to our questions, and the ability to make sure we understood the reality of some of our ideas. The remodel was quoted to take about 10 weeks. The project was well organized, the work area was cleaned every evening, and our families concerns were always kept in mind since we were living in the house during the entire project.
We are very impressed with the quality of cabinets, materials and workmanship that were offered for our budget. One shining example of attention to detail is when I found out that Keller actually modified the drawer under the cooktop so it can still be used even through there were features protruding from the bottom of the cooktop, instead of just installing a drawer face and eliminating the drawer box. Also, any contractors that were used had long standing relationships with Keller and did excellent work.
Of course there were a few surprises with the project that could not have been predicted until all the walls were opened, but Keller notified us of any issues and provided some fairly ingenious solutions to help meet our true design goals There were some additions on our part in the middle of the project which Keller readily accepted and worked to maintain the original time line.
The other builders were not flexible on helping us meet out design goals while considering our budget, but Keller offered options that allowed us to get the kitchen of our dreams while keeping our financial requirements in mind. Even after the project was done, Keller was very responsive at answering questions and providing support for some details that did not show up until after the project was complete.
Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath did an outstanding job from start to completion. They were meticulous in every detail relating to the design, construction, and installation of the kitchen components. They also isolated the construction area in special ways to minimize the travel of dust to other areas of the house.
Took abut 2 and 1/2 months but went great. We are very pleased with the workmanship, quality of work and sales service. They were very helpful in picking out the cabinets, counters, faucet, hardware, Marvin door and window, and oak floor. The drywall replacement is flawless.
Work started 3 days earlier than orginially planned. Workers were very courteous and always cleaned up at the end of a shift. Owner was on site at least 1-2 times a week. The owner always called if the workers would be late or if the schedule changed. Work took 6-7 weeks with a few touch ups done a few weeks later. Total cost was less than 5% over original estimate and included owner initiated upgrades and unplanned relocations of a heat duct.
We used Jim Keller Kitchen and Bath when we completely remodeled our kitchen five years ago. We were extremely pleased with that result so did not hesitate to call this family company again when we were interested in redoing our bathrooms this past fall. Again, our experience was excellent. Jim Sr. worked with us to make our design choices and was very helpful. The work began and ended on schedule. The team was both professional and friendly. The quality of the work was excellent. The Kellers responded to all our (minor) concerns in a very timely way. When we had one further small issue–after the job was officially done and the bill had been long since paid!–they came out almost immediately to resolve the problem. The bathooms look great. We recommend this company without hesitation.
I was provided with details on how to prepare for the remodel which made getting ready so easy. We went to the showroom to choose the cabinets, handles and flooring. Construction was started on time as promised and completed when promised. Each day the staff cleaned up thoroughly and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The kitchen is much easier to use, more comfortable and beautiful. So much better than anything I’ve ever had.
I have used this company since the early 1990’s. They build a dining room, with a beautiful skylight, added a bathroom and remodeled another one, and recently designed and built a cabinet for a large television with special storage for DVD’s, two deep drawers and roomy cabinets. There is even room on top to display more of my village. This family run business is HIGHLY recommended. They are honest, considerate, friendly and professional.
